Each item is handmade with Love and attention to detail. I see every piece as a part of a collection that invites us back home to ourselves, creating a place of comfort. Thank you for journeying with me through this call to create Art and add to your collections. 


Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

Can I return my item or receive a refund?

I am unable to accept returns or provide refunds. Each piece is produced slowly and carefully, with no two items exactly alike. The descriptions offer much detail of each item. I'll be glad to answer all questions before your purchase, to make sure you're choosing what is right for you. Do you accept exchanges?

If you find that the item you purchased does not resonate, and it was not a customized order, I'll be glad to exchange the item, as long as it is unused and in original condition. The exchange must be made initiated and sent within 7 days of purchase. In this case, please reach out to me via the Contact form or directly at [email protected] to initiate the exchange.

A discount code will be provided for the amount of the originally purchased item (minus shipping) to be used on the site. Only shop credit will be provided.


Shipping

All packages are shipped via USPS and I do ship to PO Boxes! USPS is the only carrier that delivers to every address in the United States and its territories, including Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. 

Other carriers like UPS and FedEx are not allowed to deliver to Post Office Boxed, so PO Box addresses can only be shipped to with USPS.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

For all lost and stolen packages, please file a claim with USPS, as all packages are insured up to $100. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, and unfortunately will not be able to replace those items. I will help to do everything I can to help track lost or delayed items in delivery, including contacting USPS on my end. 

For items damaged during shipping, we also recommend filing a claim with USPS, as we will not be able to replace the item. 

Can you expedite shipping?

We'll be glad to expedite shipping for an additional fee that will cover the cost to expedite the item(s). For any expedited shipping requests, get in touch with me using the Contact form or email me directly at [email protected]. Please contact me within 12 hours of placing your order (to make sure we haven't already shipped it) and we will provide the shipping rate and confirm.
